The Mighty Vipers – what’s next?

Well, we’ve finally got our album Elemental out! It’s took us a lot of blood, sweat and beers to get it finished, but we’ve finally done it and we’re proud as hell of it. We hope you enjoy as much as we did writing the bugger!

So I suppose the next question is…what’s next for the Mighty Vipers?

Well, let me tell you. Most of 2017 will see us playing live at a fair few locations throughout the UK promoting the new release, including a few festival spots at

Most of 2017 will see us playing live at a fair few locations throughout the UK promoting the new release, including a few festival spots at Audiosoup and Kippertronix to name a few. On top of this we will be embarking on another European tour towards the end of 2017 (hopefully coinciding with Oktoberfest!). You can keep up to date with all our upcoming gigs and tour info on the Tour tab on the site or via our facebook page (more new dates will be added soon).

We’re planning on putting together a few music videos for tracks on Elemental, you’ll get to check out our awful acting abilities and ugly mugs in beautiful/painful HD!

On top of this we have already started writing our as yet untitled follow-up EP, we already have around 4 tracks nearly ready for this. We’ll be recording this towards the end of the year hopefully at Casa Del Che studios. Stay tuned for more news on this release as we get closer to finishing it off.

It’s going to be a busy year for the Mighty Vipers, but it’s totally worth it when we get to see you all dancing like nut cases at our gigs. It brings a big smile to all our faces to see people enjoying themselves to our music. I guess on that last note I’ll sign off with a huge thank you to everyone who’s helped us get the current album out there, be it by showing up to gigs and supporting us, or by helping out with the crowdfunder. Without all you lovely people we wouldn’t be able to do this, and would probably just end up getting into mischief without this band, so you’re helping to keep us off the streets! Think of yourselves as a sort of global neighbourhood watch.

See you on the dance floor or at the bar soon x
